Customer engagement for pubs and bars
Designed for the hospitality industry, EngageInn is communication software that allows landlords to send personalised two-way text messages to their customers.
The pub or bar would display a tablet allowing users to sign up to news they would be interested in, whether that’s a happy hour offer or a notification of tonights entertainment. Customers then only receive the communication that’s relevant to them.
Sentle, EngageInn’s parent company approached a dozen eggs to extend their brand through illustration style, font use and an extended colour palette. We developed a style that was both eye catching and informative. A style that could be used to build up scenes and convey atmosphere whilst also working well for information flows and diagrams.
EngageInn wanted to avoid the overuse of screens within their marketing collateral, ensuring the designs retain personality.
